I have seen multiple numbers people make with. If so what ratio did you use Simply adding meth won't get you anything, you need to make other changes to take advantage of it

The injectors i've gone with are a bit oversized for e85 so they'd probably be fine with methanol if i turn up fuel.
Trying to decide whether to make the switch to e85 or run water/meth.
Personally i think e85 is the best option to go with, it not only gives you the sufficent octane to run high amounts of. One of our buddies with a gtr experimented with adding methanol to e85 and i think he settled around 30% methanol. E85 is good stuff, but it needs the right equipment I've ran up to a 50/50 mix in my 3.5.
It won't hurt anything in our. It runs a little faster with methanol but i like pump e85 because for me it's cheap and easy to find With the relative low price of high flow injectors and high flow/high pressure fuel pumps it's not as big a consideration. Just wanting to learn a little more about both

Some very lean, high boost applications with e85 can still benefit from water injection (no meth in the mix) for example. Going in to get my cmr tune next week and my tuner said he is getting great results from doing a e85 tune on these. E85 is much higher octane than 93 Just make sure you have enough fuel pressure.
