I've been considering doing a muffler delete on my car for a while and i'm not sure if it's going to be too loud or sound bad I don't have a ton of money to spend on an exhaust system so i. I wanted to ask those who have done a muffler delete to there cars a question I personally own a e93 328i, and while its already a wonderful car, i wanted to get a bit more noise out of it.
I have a muffler delete (3 all the way) with the stock res Definitely will be loud if you crank up the aggressiveness I have mine at no higher than 3, but did have it around 7 for a short. The time now is 01:03 pm.

The car sounds just loud enough, not too loud at all and it doesn’t make it sound like a fart can, given the other extensive sound deadening things like cats and resonator still intact
Personally, i had a muffler + res delete and it was loud, but not too obnoxious (people on this sub will think different), now with a catless downpipe, basically a straight pipe from the turbo, it’s still not loud.
I personally own a e93 328i, and while its already a wonderful car, i wanted to get a bit more noise out of it I have a 2007 bmw 328xi I currently have a muffler delete which i really like
