I was not impressed with energy's bushings either, they didn't last very long and the steering never felt as tight as it was when i changed to moog. There should be two bushings one with a small hole in it and one with a large hole in them The larger hole one goest down and the axle tube and the small bushing goes up on the frame next to. If your track bar bushing is worn, it will show up in your steering as a lot of slop

The track bar could be sourced at a wrecking yard That's what i did when i changed my d50 front axle to an 04 d60 I had to change the track bar as they made them a lot bigger mid 99,. Get the job done with the right part, at the right price
